Cramming & All Nighters Don't Work!

Did you know more sleep can lead to better grades? 😴😴😴 It’s true!

A study done at McGill University and the Douglas Mental Health University found that children who had better sleep actually performed better in math and languages!

This may sound obvious, but I know FAR TOO MANY kids that try to "cram" or “pull an all nighter” to prepare for a test… This is counterproductive…

It is much more effective to go to bed early, get a great night's rest and then hit the books the next morning. They will retain more!
