A study done at McGill University and the Douglas Mental Health University found that children who had better sleep actually performed better in math and languages!
This may sound obvious, but I know FAR TOO MANY kids that try to "cram" or âpull an all nighterâ to prepare for a test⌠This is counterproductiveâŚ
It is much more effective to go to bed early, get a great night's rest and then hit the books the next morning. They will retain more!
